The Story of Lemongrass

Stephane Jacques and Pornthep Booncham believed when they first opened Lemongrass Thai Restaurant in 2002 near Lamcy Plaza, that there was a demand for authentic Thai food in the region. Back in the days, Thai food was already very popular but hardly available. They wanted to bring to the UAE the Thai experience they were both passionate about, while adapting it in a modern environment with a high quality of service at a reasonable price.
